Reset your password
On the login screen, select Forgot password?, enter your account email, and follow the secure link sent to you.
Delete your account
Log in, open Account Settings, select Delete account, and confirm. Your private account data is deleted. Information required for shared trip records may remain in anonymized form.
Export trip information
Open a trip and use Export CSV from its overview.
Report a problem
Email the support address above with the app version, device model, iOS version, steps that caused the problem, and a screenshot if available. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
